This customer called in from Marietta, Sc asking for a free inspection. After completing my roof inspection, I found hail damage on all slopes. I met with a State Farm adjustor who agreed to all the storm damage and approved the homeowner for a full roof replacement. This customer is so excited to be getting a full roof replacement coming soon!

This customer called in because a tree fell on their roof, no one likes to receive this kind of information, an emergency tarp was placed. Urgent matters are not something to be taken lightly, thankfully everyone was unharmed. An immediate claim was made and upon approval we got right to work. Now charcoal black Landmark shingles cover the roof with our 10 year workmanship warranty by their side.

A tree had fallen on this customer house and an emergency tarp was needed. A free inspection was still done so we could asses how major the damage was. Hail and wind damage were also found. After the adjuster appointment they got approve for a full roof replacement. The new upgraded roof was put on and the customer was very happy about how good it looked and that it didn't include a tree.

The lovely homeowners of this house found us on FB and enjoyed one of our videos, they had a 20 year old roof and decided it was time for an upgrade. Once a full free inspection on their property was finished we found hail damage to one downspout, three windows screens, gutters, vents on the roof soft metal, as well as shingles, and then leaking interior damage. After communicating with their insurance they were ready for renovation. The homeowner was happy to receive their 10 Year Leak Free Workmanship Warranty and a beautiful new fully upgraded roof.

An online form for a free estimate was filled out by this customer. Upon speaking with the customer, he let us know that he would like to go the insurance route but if not then he would pay out of pocket for a full roof replacement. I went out to the home and completed my ground and roof inspection as to which I found hail damage to the downspouts, screens, siding, windows, and every slope of the roof. I informed the customer of my findings and showed him photos of the damage. He went ahead and filed an insurance claim with Travelers for Hail Damage. I also performed an emergency tarp repair on his roof while I was there as he was having a roof leak that was causing interior water damage. I met with the adjuster on site and the customer was approved for a new roof, siding, downspouts, interior repairs, etc. New roof coming soon!

Customer called KEE Roofing because they had a leak in their roof after heavy rains. After a full roof inspection, I found hail damage to the entire roof, as well as gutters and downspouts. The customer filed a claim with insurance and was able to get the full roof replacement covered after meeting with KEE Roofing and the insurance adjuster on the property. New Roof coming soon!

We were able to assist in getting this one covered for full roof replacement through State Farm for hail damages to both the home and garage roofs, in Marietta, SC. We completely stripped off the old roof and then reinstalled the new upgraded synthetic underlayment and new Certainteed lifetime warrantied architectural shingles on both the home and garage, all in one day. Great job team!
