Great experience with KEE roofing at a reasonable price! We had three questionable spots in our attic with minor water damage (darkening in the plywood) ... one of them had a minor visible leak during heavy/driving rain. Ben came out and did the quote ... the initial work was done within a few days of the quote. I appreciated the balanced perspective Ben/KEE took in terms of only trying to fix current issues and those that were lurking close behind. He didn't try to sell me a new roof, but he didn't just look at the problems I found either. His roof tune-up was the right scope! About a week after the repair, we had a relatively strong storm and I noticed one area of concern. The team was incredibly receptive to the issue. Not only did they fix it, but they went above and beyond to look for concerns even beyond the original scope of work ... and addressed them. Shout out to Joshua, his repair crew, Beverly, Olivia, Sarah, and Corey as well. Very pleased with the way this company does business. The customer called us after noticing a small water spot in their living room after the recent hail storms. I conducted my full roof inspection, but did not find any issues with the roof at this time and roof is in good shape. I believe the recent water spot is the result of wind-driven rain and a possible one-time occurrence, so I recommended to the customer that we wait for a couple more rains and keep an eye on it to see if anything changes and to call us right away, should they notice any changes.

Mr Watt called in when he discovered a leak in his dining room. We came out and performed our free roof inspection. In the process of chasing down the leak we discovered a significant amount of hail damage on the roof and the gutters of his house. We advised him to file a claim with his insurance company. This customer had us do a roof repair last year in the Water Mill Subdivision in Simpsonville, SC. We have been monitoring their address for future wind and hail damage. We were notified of an addition hailstorm that hit at their exact address on April 6, 2022 and we were able to set up an additional inspection with this customer.
