Homeowner called into KEE Roofing looking for an estimate to repair their roof. They wanted us to come out and take a look at it to see if a repair or replacement was needed. I went out to Pickens, SC and completed my roof inspection. This customer called in about getting a free inspection to see if she had enough storm damage to qualify her for a new roof through insurance. I went out to the home and performed my full ground inspection as well as my full roof inspection. On my walk around the house I found hail damage to the downspouts; on the roof I found hail damage to every slope as well as hail hits on the chimney flashing and gutters. After speaking with her about the storm damage she had, she decided to file a claim with Nationwide. I met with the adjuster at her home when he came out to do his assessment. He agreed to Hail Damage and sent the information into the insurance company where they approved this customer for a new roof!

We inspected the roof for hail damage and found shingle damage to full roof and soft metals. Customer is filing a claim with State Farm and we will be coming back to meet with their adjuster to push for full roof replacement due to hail damages.

Here we did a full shingle roof tear-off and then replaced damage decking from a tree that had fallen on the house. Once we replaced the damaged decking, we installed all new synthetic underlayment and ice and water guard in all the valleys. Lastly, we then installed a brand new classic rib corrugated metal roof, color Ever Classic Green. We also completed interior repairs on this one, as well as installed new, upgraded 6 inch gutters and high-grade gutter covers to match.
