Mr. Weir called KEE Roofing from the Country Chase subdivision in Fountain Inn with a leaking roof issue. I conducted a free roof inspection and found his roof leak, but also found hail damage on all slopes of his roof. I recommenced to him that we file a claim with his insurance based on the hail damages found. I met his insurance adjuster onsite and he agreed with all of the damages as well. I came out and did a free full roof inspection and found hail damage on all slopes of the roof, window screens, etc. I pulled a free hail report and saw that the customer had eight+ hail storms at his home. He had just switched insurance companies so I walked him through contacting his prior insurance company. He filed a claim with them for the hail damage sustained during his old insurance coverage. Customer in Fountain Inn called us for a second opinion after another roofing company near me told them there was not any hail damage to their roof, but that they needed a new roof, but would have to pay out of pocket for it. I pulled a personalized hail impact report for them and found they had several large hail storms at their home. I did a full roof inspection and found a lot of hail damage, showed them photos, and then walked them through the claim process. I met with the insurance company's third-party ladder assist who inspected their property. Now they are getting approved for full roof replacement through their insurance company! Due to the customer's current roof leak issue, I also performed a 24 hour emergency roof repair while onsite to stop further interior water damage from occurring, while waiting on the insurance scope of work to come back in the mail.
