This customer called in after being referred to us from one of our other customers. They initially had another contractor come out to do an inspection for them but they did not show up for the adjuster appointment so Allstate denied the claim, saying there wasn't any damage. This happens most of the time when someone isn't there to represent the customer. I went out to their home and performed a full storm damage inspection as to which I found hail damage on the roof, the fence, patio and window screens, and much more. I let this customer know that they definitely had hail damage and told them that in my opinion they should file for a reinspection. They did this and I met with the adjuster on site when they came out and they approved the customer for a full roof replacement!

I went out to his home and informed him of our process and then started with my ground inspection where I found damage to several screens, the garage wrap, and downspouts. I then went on to do my roof inspection and found hail damage to all slopes of the roof, the rain cap on the chimney, and the fascia. I informed the customer of my findings, sent him photos of the damage, and told him that he had enough damage to warrant an insurance claim in my opinion. We received a call from this customer who was looking for a residential roofing company to come out and do a roof inspection. I went and met with the homeowner and informed them of the storm restoration process and began my full inspection. On the walk around I found damage to the downspouts and window screens and then on the roof I found damage to the gutters, soft metals, and all slopes of the roof. The customer let me know that they had already filed an insurance claim with Gulfstream to which they were approved. They are now waiting on their new roof to be built!

This customer came in from the Woodsberry Subdivision as a referral. They called our residential roofing company because they were having roof leaks in their garage and around their skylight. After completing my full roof inspection as well as my ground inspection, I informed the customer that they had storm damage to their fence, deck, downspouts, the skylight metal, and all slopes of their roof. They filed an insurance claim with Allstate for hail damage and I met with the adjuster when they came out to do their inspection. We received an online request from this customer for a Storm Damage inspection as they were hit with the major hail storm on May 4th and May 5th. I went out to do my initial inspection to determine if this customer had enough hail damage to warrant an insurance claim. Upon doing my ground and roof inspection I discovered that this home had been smashed with hail. All gutters and downspouts were damaged, there were many many holes in the vinyl siding, and the roof was absolutely covered in hail hits. He filed an insurance claim for hail damage and was approved. New roof coming soon!

We received a call from this customer who was referred from another current customer out of the Rainwater Subdivision. He was wanting to have a free storm damage inspection performed on his roof. I went out to his home and completed my full roof inspection as well as my ground inspection. Upon doing so, I found plenty of hail damage on the roof slopes, gutters, downspouts, etc. to warrant a claim. The customer then filed an insurance claim for hail damage with Travelers. The adjuster came out to do their own inspection and denied the claim, saying there was no hail damage. The customer had seen the photos I had taken of all the damage I found and filed for a re-inspection. A new adjuster came out and agreed that the roof was definitely covered in hail damage and approved the claim. New roof coming soon for this customer!
