This customer in Clemson, SC called into our office to schedule a free roof inspection. The customer had just bought this home and wanted to make sure everything was good to go. During inspection there was some worn down shingles and nails that needed to be re-caulked on the ridges and pipe boots. We preformed the roof repair for the customer and then they were all set to move in.

Also while onsite we performed a full storm inspection on her entire home. Overall the roof was in decent shape but I did find some issues that would need to be resolved to have the roof in top notch condition. I’ve sent roof report and repair recommendations directly after.

Completed full inspection. We found water damage. Roof is very old, I also found separated siding from strong winds. We will help file claim with customer's insurance, and come back to meet with an adjuster to push for full roof and sidings replacement.
