Where do I start with these guys? They are the absolute best! Olivia is an gem and was a huge help through the whole process. Benjamin Kee was very professional and explained everything to me after his inspection. He educated me on the whole process of dealing with storm damage and my insurance company. He showed me many photos. As they say, seeing in believing. Once I filed my claim for storm damage, Ben took over and met with my adjuster to make sure everything was addressed properly for the repairs needed. They completed the repairs in 1 day and I am very impressed! Thank you so much!

A tree fell on our house and we didn't know what to do. Our neighbor had used Kee for a repair and told us to call them. We're sure are glad we did! They came out, cut the tree down, and then removed it away from the house and off of the roof. They even put a tarp on our roof until a few days later when they could meet the adjuster and then do the roof actual roof repairs. Fantastic customer service, we will certainly refer friends and family from now on.

We noticed a few shingles on the ground after a large storm came through in the night. We knew we needed a repair so we called KEE Roofing. They came out and found wind damage all over our roof. They recommended we file an insurance claim and walked us through the process. We ended up getting our full roof replaced! Thank you KEE Roofing!

The process with the insurance company definitely took longer than we expected, but KEE never let us down and never quit! Our insurance company denied us for storm damage two different times before KEE got involved. They inspected everything, documented all damage and then even met the insurance company's engineer. In the end, we got approved for full roof replacement. Once day install and clean up was fabulous! thank you KEE Roofing!

We called KEE to inspect our home when we had a storm and then found some missing shingles in our yard. Cam and Ben came out and inspected our full roof and property and found wind and hail damage that we didn't know was there. They showed us the hail reports and the damage photos that they took during their inspection. They were extremely thorough! Once we saw the photos, they walked us through the claim process, so it made perfect sense to fie a claim for storm damage, rather than paying completely out of pocket... After all, isn't that what we paid property insurance all these years for??All we had to do was to notify them when the adjuster was coming and they came out to meet them during the insurance inspection. They got us approved for full roof replacement and full gutter replacement as well!The install was great! They showed up on time, finished in one day, and cleaned up after themselves very well.We highly recommend KEE Roofing!

We had a leak in our roof so KEE Roofing came out and did a free inspection and found hail damage. They walked us through the claim process, met our adjuster and pointed out all the damage! These guys are extremely professional and are experts at what they do! We called them with a simple leak issue. They scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, and then inspected our full property. They documented everything and then showed us all of the photos. They found storm damage that we did not even know we had to our property. After reviewing all the photos, we decided to file a claim with our insurance company. They then came out to meet with our insurance adjuster to make sure everything was addressed and then got us approved for a brand new roof and brand new gutters too! Had a leak in our garage which was coming from flashing on the outside roof that was not installed properly by the builders. KEE Roofing gave us a reasonable quote and told us exactly what they would do to correct the issue. During the repairs, KEE Roofing took pictures of almost every step along the way. In 2012 we had KEE Roofing replace our 23 year old damaged roof. Ben Kee took care of all the insurance details, and the work was done at a very fair price. The damage was repaired and the roof was replaced with beautiful 30 year architectural shingles. The crew that did the work was on time, very respectful and finished the job and cleanup all in the same day. We are extremely happy with the completed job and would highly recommend KEE Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and beautiful results at a fair price!

Kee Roofing was absolutely the best to work with during two hail damage roofing claims within a year at my house. My insurance company was somewhat difficult to deal with but Ben was right on it, helping me navigate all the insurance paperwork during both claims. Could not ask for more attentive staff especially when my porch roof became an issue after the first hail storm due to prior construction snafu. Ben and the team worked tirelessly to ensure my porch roof was better than BEFORE the hail storm! We thought our roof was leaking...and it was after hours - late at night...so we called KEE Roofing to try and get someone to come over the next day. No answer...no voice mail either. BUT, within ten minutes, we got a call from KEE and after explaining the situation, we were told they would be over the next day. Due to all the rain we were having, they had to postpone until the next day. BUT, they called prior to that to let us know. Thankfully, we noticed that the roof leak had stopped, so we were okay with this. Benjamin Kee came over the next day and couldn’t have been nicer. After inspecting inside out attic, he walked all over the roof and found no problems. (The leak was probably due to wind-blown rain getting into the ridge vent.) He took lots of photos and showed us areas to watch - in the next 8-10 years. But for now, everything is fine. Overall, I think KEE treated us with respect and honesty. You can be sure they will be our roofers from now on. Thank you for caring and addressing our concerns so professionally.

Not so good part 1st - job took awhile to finish but in all fairness there was a lot of damage in our area and they went back and forth with the insurance company for me several different times. Now for the good part - there were very few issues with any of the work and these were handled extremely fast. They got the insurance to cover a complete siding replacement due to my siding being obsolete. Had very good communication throughout the job and always followed up with every part of the repair. Very satisfied with the total job

2016 review:It was clear that these roofers are very busy folks, but that did not prevent them from doing an excellent job. They did a free upgrade to architectural shingles, and worked very well with my insurance company. The job was done quickly and well, and the result looks perfect. What more do you need?2017 review:This year has been more challenging, however. Another hailstorm happened in April, almost exactly a year after the previous one, causing more damage that before. Of course I went with the same company who had done such a great job the previous year. Today is November 19, 2017 and the work isn't finished. The work done so far has required follow-up work to fix mistakes. A roofing nail through the drip edge, for example. Yes, they came out and removed the nail...but left the hole. I guess a little nail hole in the drip edge isn't a big deal? Or the downspouts that were all supposed to be replaced. One was taken off, but not replaced and another was not replaced at all. The crew came back and installed the one that was missing, but one of them still has not been replaced. Maybe when the house is power-washed, it will wash away the spiderwebs and dirt that gave it away. (update - Turns out that downspout wasn't covered by the insurance. OK, I feel better about that.) This review was originally considerably more scathing, but I was called in response today, 11/21/2017, and told that the rest of the work should be done the second week of December, with the power wash to follow. I was glad the online review got a quick response as my patience is at it's limit. I will again update when the work is complete.
