Our Reviews by City
KEE Roofing received a call from this customer who was wanting a retail estimate to replace some decking and shingles on his roof as it was drooping some. I went out to the home and let the customer know that I would still perform my full storm damage inspection for him. Upon doing so, I found hail damage to the downspouts, patio screens, gutters, soft metals on the roof, and every slope of the roof as well. I let the customer know that in my opinion the hail damage he had definitely warrants an insurance claim. He filed a claim with Travelers and I met with the adjuster they sent out. The adjuster agreed to hail damage and approved the customer!
This customer called in after being approved through Progressive for a Full Roof Replacement. I went out and met with the customer to review their Scope of Work from Insurance and discuss the Storm Restoration process with them. After completing my Full Inspection, I noticed that the Insurance company had left off nearly 10 line items that were needed to restore the home back to pre-storm conditions. We will be supplementing these missing items to get them included in their estimate to do the job properly. New roof coming soon!
