This customer called in from Moore, SC with an active leak and asked for us to come and inspect their roof. After completing the. roof inspection, I found hail and wind damage on slopes of the roof. I met with their Traveler's Insurance adjustor, who also agreed to all the storm related damage. This customer is so excited about the new roof replacement coming soon!

There was definite hail damage to the home so they filed an insurance claim with Allstate and we helped assist them throughout the process. Customer called KEE Roofing® for a re-inspection on a denied roof in the Cedar Bluff subdivision in Moore, SC. I conducted my full free roof and property inspection and found hail damage on all slopes of the roof, gutters, downspouts, window screens, awning and even their grill cover. I walked the customer through the claim process and then spoke with her insurance adjuster over the phone. We will be submitting an Xactimate estimate back to her adjuster with our Eagle View arial measurements, hail reports, and damage photos. New roof coming soon!
