Customer called in from the Drake's Field subdivision, in Anderson, Sc, asking for a roof inspection for some issues he had with his roof. Customer stated he did not believe he had hail damage. Upon completion of the roof inspection, I found hail damage on all slopes of the roof and soft metals. This customer watched the video I made showing him the hail damage that is on his roof. He was very surprised. I walked him through the claim process and this customer will be filing a claim with State Farm. I will be coming back to meet with the adjustor.

This customer called in from Taylors, SC asking for a free roof inspection. Upon completion of the roof inspection, I found hail damage on all slopes of the roof, gutters and downspout and window screens. I met with the Foremost Insurance adjustor and they also agreed to the storm damage. This customer was approved for a full roof replacement, fuller gutter and downspout replacement and window screen replacement. They are so excited to have a full roof replacement coming soon!

I advised the homeowner to file a claim with their insurance. Southern Mutual approved them for a full roof replacement. This customer called in from Taylors, SC wanting a free roof inspection. I performed my 31 point roof inspection. I found hail damage on all slopes, soft metals, and window screens. I walked the customer through the steps of filing a claim with AllState. After meeting with the adjuster, he agreed to the damage and approve them for a full roof replacement onsite. This customer was extremely happy about their new roof coming soon.

The customer called in asking for a free roof inspection. I found over 80 exposed nail heads, over 20 shingles that needed to be replaced. I calked all the exposed nail heads and replaced all the bad shingles. Customer was very pleased with his roof tune up.

KEE Roofing went out to Greer, SC today for a roof tune up and a flashing repair. We replaced the flashing, resealed the stove pipe completely, and resealed all exposed nail heads on the roof. This was a great customer to work with and they were very pleased with our completed job.

KEE Roofing recently completed this full roof replacement in Spartanburg, South Carolina after working with Travelers Insurance company to restore this home from damage. On my full ground inspection I found damage to every downspout and two screens on the front porch. I did my full inspection on the roof and all metal had a lot of hail damage, and every slope on the roof had hail damage, as well as the gutters. We upgraded this customer to a Lifetime Warrantied Architectural shingle.

We received a call from Simpsonville, SC today to come out and look at a roof needing some repairs done. Once we arrived and conducted our free inspection we found a pipe boot on the rear elevation that needed to be replaced and wrapped in ice and water guard. We completed the repair and had a very pleased homeowner!
